Information we collect
When you request a report, we may collect your property address, name, email address, optional phone number, selling-interest response, contact preference, referral request, email-update preference and information you voluntarily provide. We may also retain the report prepared for the property, research notes, communications, consent records and workflow history.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs.
How we use information
- Prepare, review and deliver your requested report.
- Communicate about the report or answer questions.
- Send email updates only when you choose to receive them.
- Arrange a requested introduction to a licensed real estate agent.
- Maintain records, protect the site and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party home-value research
Sources vary by property. If a source requires personal information, login or registration, we do not proceed. Publicly displayed property facts and estimates may be recorded in your report, including apparent discrepancies.
Referrals and information sharing
Requesting a Portal Home Values report does not authorize an agent referral. If you separately request an introduction, relevant contact and property information may be shared with the selected licensed real estate agent or brokerage for that purpose. Matthew R. Aldridge or Signature Premier Properties may receive a referral fee from the receiving brokerage if a transaction is completed.
Information may also be processed by service providers that support site hosting, database storage, security, report delivery and email communications. We do not sell your personal information.
Email, calls and texts
The requested report and related status messages may be sent by email. Marketing or educational emails are sent only when you separately choose to receive them, and every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method.
Providing a phone number is optional. A phone number alone is not consent to marketing calls or texts. If you select call or text contact, the consent shown with the form governs that communication. You may revoke consent at any time. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Retention and deletion
We may retain request information, the completed report and related communications while the request or professional relationship remains active, until the property is listed or the record is no longer reasonably needed. You may request deletion at any time, subject to records we must retain for legal, security or legitimate business purposes.

Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and policy changes
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as the service changes; the updated date will appear above.
